Hi Introhive team,

I’ve been blown away by what I’ve seen of Introhive’s AI-powered Relationship Intelligence: your video reviews had me wanting to be a small part in telling that story. This is why I’m applying for the Account Executive (Toronto, Ontario, remote) position today.

I’m not your typical tech sales candidate. I didn’t rise through SaaS. My story’s a bit different: I rose through resourcefulness, hustle, and grit: the kind that comes from growing up under communism in Bulgaria, moving countries twice by age 15 (UK first, then Canada), and finishing a PhD in psychology and genetics (at the University of Toronto, Canada) while raising three kids. Then nailing a prestigious international post-doctoral fellowship and moving again (this time to the Netherlands). I’ve always had a strategy to achieve, and even though I’ve switched industries a few times, I’m so excited about where I’ve landed and where I’m headed.

Since leaving academia in 2016, I’ve sold coaching, comfort, memories, and transformation. I built a six-figure photography business from scratch. I coached entrepreneurs in high-ticket sales (as part of a UK-based online coaching offer, called Sell What You Know). And most recently, I joined a national HVAC company in Canada (The Right Time Group) with over 150 sales reps, where I quickly became one of the top 15 closers. I’ve sold over $2.25M in just nine months, averaging a 53% close rate and over $14K per ticket. The trades world was totally foreign to me, but I excelled from the very first month (closing 64% of my leads). Because that’s what I do: I’m a consummate overachiever with the resourcefulness of a honeybadger and a deep need to connect with people.

If there's one thing I've learned in my years as a researcher-turned entrepreneur-turned top closer is that it's all about the people. If you can understand the people, you can make just about anything happen. And you can certainly sell them solutions.

And finally, yes, I bring a positive attitude and team-building to everything I do. As a silly example, but one I'm very proud of, when the service techs and sales team at my current place of work were having friction because “sales people don’t know any of the tech stuff but they make the big bucks”, I decided to fight ire with... food. And organized a bi-weekly team breakfast where I make pancakes or croissant sandwiches for the entire branch (50 people). I don't have the metrics, but I can tell you - morale has significantly improved, and it feels like we're one big team again. If you can understand the people...

I thrive on human connection. I bring warmth, fire, data, strategy, and relentless follow-through. I’m not from the world of SaaS, but give me a few weeks with your product and I’ll sell it like I’ve lived it. (this would be the place for a heart emoji, but I’m trying to be professional)
